It’s a web based application. It means that my clients just go to my Website, click a button, type in their username and password, and they’re in the system. And I set up each – you know, each client has their own account. It’s on a server that I manage and back up, so that the application and all the data is stored and they just access it from anywhere. So, one of the advantages of being a web based application is it gives my clients the ability to log in from anywhere. So we’ll do conference calls where we’re developing budgets. I’ll be in Atlanta, the accountant is in San Francisco, the marketing person is in New Jersey, and the president is in New York. We all log in at the same time, develop a budget for a project and we can see, everybody can see immediately how our actions or their actions are impacted by expenses, sales, moving a street date, and so forth. And you can see all that information immediately which then gives em the ability to make decisions, and make informed decisions.

Well, just so you know, the other thing I did was – is – is I understand independent – I understand the problems that independent record labels have. I understand the limited funds, so forth, so I really wanted to build something to help these companies. I really wanted to have something that we could create that they could use that’s gonna, you know, facilitate in putting great music out. That’s kind of, maybe, altruistic, but I really wanted – I want to see more great music have a chance. The problem is a lot of companies really don’t even have a chance cause they make so many mistakes and they really don’t know how to manage their budgets. They also don’t understand a lot of the other process that it takes to put records out. But you contact me, I set you up. It’s a minimal licensing fee, and you have access to the system, 24 hours a day.

I did learn how to program. I engaged a company, a company called Borzal. They’re based in Detroit and New York. Jeff Hoge is the programmer. I give him the credit. I designed the system. I created the look. I wanted – I knew what I wanted the pages to be. I knew what the formulas needed to be in order to calculate the mechanical royalties and so forth, all the variables that were going into place, and just worked with Jeff on actually developing the system. And he wrote the code to reflect my design. And I worked, I worked people, specialists in various industries, or various portions of the industry, to make sure that each specific segment of the system, because the system is massive. It’s a massive system. We use a sequel server as a back end and it’s an asp.net. It’s a Microsoft environment. But I wanted to make sure that I incorporated all the things that I needed in order for it to be completely effective and accurate. So I worked with a friend of mine, Ed Miguel, who does – who’s in the royalty department at Warner Bros. He helped me with the royalties. Also Fred Moultrie of Moultrie Accountants, two fantastic royalty guys helped us to write all the formulas for the artist, producer, and mechanical royalty computations. I worked with another accountant, Rob Puerto from Boris, Bennick and Associates in New York, and he helped me design the reports and some of the verbage and so forth. You know, I had a lot of experience so I used my experience in what I wanted when I was doing marketing or A and R, and what I wanted to see. I worked with other people in production departments at various labels, marketing departments at labels, and incorporated all the things from these various departments and just put it all together. It was also really important to make sure that the system was easy to use and was intuitive as possible, because I recognize that a lot of the people who are starting record labels, they’re not finance people. They’re music people, and music people need to be able to – you know, I want them to be able to do this, make it quick and easy, get the information that they need and go back to doing what they really want to, which is make music. And that’s how using everybody’s expertise - I mean really everybody came together and putting all that stuff together gave us the ability to create something I think that is really comprehensive, its intuitive, and relatively easy to use.
