Description: Neil Netanel joined the UCLA School of Law faculty in fall 2004. He teaches Copyright, International Intellectual Property, and Intellectual Property Scholarship. In this clip he discusses several forms of copyright encryption for CDs and DVDs done by DMCA which encrypts digital material protecting it from piracy. He points out that many hackers can break these encryptions. He also duscusses artists who allow their works to be copied, but with certain restrictions.
