Bet on yourself, which you know, I’ll reiterate that. Bet on yourself. Don’t bet on your boss at the time. Bet on yourself. And also be a student. Definitely be a student. There is so much information that is available. Even if you don’t have the ability to fly to can to go to the Medem conference, or you know, attend some of these great conferences, there’s so much information that’s available. The Future of Music Conference is held once a year. Those panels are all available as streams online and you have access to so much information through the internet now and in print, that if you do that and you stay abreast of what the new technologies are and the new developments, ideas – you’ll read about ideas and voids and problems that people have and you can start seeing some things. And also just get in there and do things, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. You know, I think if you do those kinds of things, then you’ll start to develop – you’ll start to see where the holes are. You’ll start to figure out what you really want to do as well, and you know, just stay abreast of, you know, all the current things and the new technologies and trends. And that’ll give you the ability to maintain or continue to be relevant in the industry.
