Edwina Travis-Chin, a music director with APM Music, discusses her work as a music director, and her previous career as a music supervisor, with the company. She shares her thoughts on what a good music supervisor should do to be great at their job, and explains some of the legal aspects of licensing and using existing music in new projects. She also shares advice for parents of music students, and relates some insider tips on how to become a film/video game composer or a music supervisor.
