Description:

Alan Ett, founder and President of Alan Ett Creative Group, discusses his career and what AECG does. He begins by describing how he built the various companies that make up AECG, and goes into detail about what each of them does – for instance, handling audio production for video releases, what a music library does and how it operates, and how his companies are constantly seeking new ways to turn the raw data they own into new opportunities. Then, Ett discusses the current state of the music industry and shares his thoughts on who the winners and losers are likely to be in the near future, and offers advice to young people who are seeking a job in the music industry on how to get a foot in the door.
