Peter Alhadeff
Peter Alhadeff is Professor of Music Business/Management at Berklee College of Music, and a co-founder of that department. An Oxford-trained economist (as well as a graduate of Berklee and of the Guitar Institute of Technology), Alhadeff grew up in Argentina and has taught at numerous institutions including The Institute of Latin American Studies, King's College at The University of London and the University of Buenos Aires. He has authored numerous articles on the music business, and teaches courses in music business economics, statistics, and e-commerce.

Peter Alhadeff, Professor of Music Business/Management at Berklee College of Music, discusses the music industry from a unique perspective – that of a business economist whose focus is on global markets and market forces. He describes the courses he teaches at Berklee in economics and statistics and how he ties these topics to the business of music, and speaks at length about the worldwide music market and how anyone starting a career in music can learn about, and harness the power of, the massive international music scene.
