Angelo Luciano, Associate Chair of the Arts, Entertainment and Media Management Program at Columbia College in Chicago, IL, discusses the program he helps run, and what key skills and traits he and his faculty impart on the business and management students they teach. He also discusses how his program stays current with the state of the various industries it touches, what the program has in common with a more general business program, and why good ethical practices is a central part of becoming a successful manager in any field.
