Jason Flom is CEO of Capitol Music Group, a subsidiary of EMI created in 2007 by the merger of Virgin Records and Capitol Records. Prior to this post, Flom was Head of Virgin Records, where he arrived from the Atlantic Records Group (Warner Brothers), which he ran until 2005.
