Mathieu Drouin: What we’re looking for in terms of partners at the outset it’s not a dollar amount partially because, at least for the moment, we can get by without it. And we prefer to, strictly from a maintaining the upside standpoint and from the point of view of not having to deal with outside input in the preliminary stages of the company.

Most importantly, we want what’s called “smart money”. In other words, we do recognize that we’re gonna need bring in capital to grow the business which can either come from sales success or it can from an investment or it can from a variety of places. But we’re definitely gonna need capital at some point.

But most importantly it’s that the person or the entity that bring that capital to the table, either have no participation at all in the company or if they do, that they be smart money. In other words, people who not only are bringing money to the table but other collateral benefits or assets or opportunities. But most importantly, somebody who will respect the integrity of what it is we’ll try to do. And who will –

Francoise: Who drives with us, personally.

Mathieu Drouin: Yeah, exactly. Who gets it.

And also somebody who’s gonna have to accept the fact that we won’t surrender control –

Francoise: No.

Mathieu Drouin: - of the company.
