John Fischbach
New Orleans-based engineer and producer John Fischbach is the co-owner of the famed Piety Street Recording Studio with partner Mark Bingham. In his career, Fischbach has worked on landmark recordings by Stevie Wonder (Songs in the Key of Life), Carole King (Writer), Rick Springfield (Mission Magic!) and many others.

Working through his connection with producer Bob Margouleff, Fischbach explains how luck and connections play into success as an engineer and producer. His work with Carole King is also discussed.
