Alan Ett
Alan Ett is founder and President of the Alan Ett Creative Group, a Los Angeles-based music and production empire composed of: Alan Ett Music Group, a full-service music production facility; Media City Sound, an audio post-production facility; Creative Production Group, which produces original programming; and Opus 1 Music Library, which licenses music and soundbeds. He is also a composer and keyboardist and a graduate of the New England Conservatory.

Description:

Alan Ett, President, CEO and founder of Alan Ett Creative Group, describes the business logic behind the founding of two of his businesses, Opus 1 Music Library and Creative Production Group. He also discusses what each company does and how those businesses are evolving to meet the challenges of today’s music industry. He also briefly discusses IMRAS (International Music Royalty Administration Services), which he founded to manage the Group’s own international licensing revenue and which now offers this service to other US-based music companies.
