Jay Weigel
Jay Weigel is Executive/Artistic Director for the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, which is dedicated to showcasing the work of New Orleans-based artists in fields as diverse as ballet, film, creative writing, and music. In the wake of the 2005 Hurricane Katrina disaster, Weigel launched the Music of New Orleans Concert Series to preserve and celebrate the city's rich musical heritage. He is also a songwriter, producer, and conductor.
