I think you’d be amazed; I mean, I’ve got people that find a place to start, and sometimes, if you’re not in a major metro market and you don’t feel that; well, I’m not in New York or LA or Nashville or Miami; those are obviously kind of key entertainment centers. There’s a lot other places; I mean, I think now, especially in the digital age, there’s opportunities; I mean, there’s great web sites and web design and things of that nature if you’re more inclined to do that, but if you’re in the music business, if you’re specifically doing that, you’re probably in New York, Nashville or LA, so maybe you have to at least find a way to that.

But there are people who work at CMT, people I’ve hired, that have come through. They start out at their local radio station in their hometown because it was a way to get closer to the music, and, obviously, there’s a radio station everywhere in America. It’s not like you’re gonna find a market without one, so I’ve seen that happen. I’ve seen people start out in the smallest market possible because they really wanted to do it and wanted to be close to it, and they’ve kind of found opportunities to come closer to the center, I guess, or where it’s made.

I think it’s like anything, though. I think you have to – it’s your passion about it; that people will hopefully see, and it’s also being honest with yourself to the extent that it’s like if that’s something – if it’s really a driving force in your life and you really wanna do it, I know it’s …
