Description: In this clip taken from the 2007 ABA forum entitled “How to Cross Market Your Clients Across Multimedia Platforms in the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Industries,” attorney Jessica Darraby fields a question from a Fordham law student regarding what happens when someone steps forward and claims rightful ownership of a work of art currently in the possession of an art institution or museum. Darraby explains that there would actually be two distinct issues in such a situation: intellectual property and clear title, and describes how each of these would be addressed.
