Description: Mia Olson, a Professor of Woodwinds at Berklee College of Music, invites us to sit in on her Yoga for Students class as she runs her students through a series of breathing, balance and physical techniques derived from Kripalu yoga that are designed to physically and mentally prepare students to perform music.
