Eduardus Halim is a member of the piano studies faculty at New York University’s Steinhardt School. He has worked with conductors such as Hans Graf, Kees Bakels, and Andreas Delfs.
Nancy Shankman is former Director of Music for the New York City Public Schools, and currently serves as Professor of Music Education at The Steinhardt School of Education at New York University.
Robert Dick is a flutist and a member of the woodwind studies faculty at New York University’s Steinhart School. A world-renowned composer and improvisational musician, he has written and performed music in every genre from jazz and free improvisation to contemporary classical, blues, Indian and electronic.
Michael Ricciardone is an adjunct instructor at New York University’s Steinhardt school. An accomplished singer, voice coach, pianist, and conductor, he has also studied acting and appears regularly in stage and television productions in mostly musical roles.
Tony Moreno is a Professor of jazz percussion at New York University’s Steinhardt School. He has toured with artists such as David Phillips and Freedance, The Lounge Lizards, the Mal Waldron Trio, and Marc Mommaas.
Ron McClure is bassist and a member of the jazz studies faculty at New York University’s Steinhardt School. He has performed and recorded with artists such as Buddy Rich, Herbie Mann, Thelonius Monk, Joe Henderson, The Maynard Ferguson Big Band and The Pointer Sisters.
David J. Elliott is Professor of Music Education at New York University’s Steinhardt School and an advisor to the School’s Graduate Program in Music Education. He is also an award-winning composer, an author of several books on music education, and a frequent lecturer on the subject at universities and conferences around the world.
Jim Anderson is a producer and Chair of the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music at New York University’s Tisch School for the Arts. Anderson has worked on nearly two dozen Grammy-nominated recordings (nine of which won), won two Peabody awards and has been nominated for two Emmys. He has worked with the Muppets, Terence Blanchard, Ron Carter, Joe Henderson, J.J. Johnson, Lorin Maazel, Branford Marsalis, Christian McBride, John Zorn, the National Symphony Orchestra and many others.
