Multimedia artist Mark Mothersbaugh has been a participant some of the most influential pop culture movements of the past thirty years. As a member of the group Devo, he pioneered bringing rock and electronic music together, and his work since as a film and television scorer has resulted in landmark collaborations with director Wes Anderson, Pee Wee Herman, as well as dozens of television shows (Rugrats, Clifford the Big Red Dog) and video game soundtracks. Today, he runs Mutato Muzika, a full-service music production and scoring facility, and is continuing a career as a visual and multimedia artist that he put on hold in 1977 when he joined Devo.
