Harmony Jiroudek is a student majoring in vocal performance at the California Institute of the Arts. She talks about her background. She was involved in musicals and choir in high school. Jiroudek is also a dancer and composer. She explains that she came to Cal Arts because it did not put limitations on her education or growth as a musician. While Jiroudek was expecting a stricter professor student relationship, she is happy to say that it is not that way at all. Teachers are still performing. Jiroudek shares that this makes her hopeful to be a teacher. Teaching is challenging and is helping her understand herself. Also in this segment, she explains that any student can get what they want out of Cal Arts. There are so many things at one's disposal. One can gain a wider appreciation from attending Cal Arts.
