The Chicago Music SceneHank Neuberger, an audio engineer and manager of 3rd Wave Productions, talks about the Chicago music scene today. He states that it's the club scene that allows the artists to develop. Consequently, Chicago has many vibrant musical communities representing every genre. He points out that although the blues influence seems to be fading, jazz has expanded into the middle and high school band curricula.
