Alexandre Lemieux is a musician, DJ, concert promoter and artist manager based in Montreal. He is the founder of the Montreal performance space Zoobizarre, manager of the avant-garde/surrealist collective Les Georges Leningrad, and runs 2HQD, a booking agency.

Alex Lemieux, a club owner and band manager in Montreal, talks about the importance of location. Montreal is not the place to be if the artist wants to be extremely successful. It is simply a place to make good music and live a good life. Lemieux also stresses the importance of speaking French in Montreal. If one doesn't speak French, it's harder to get a job. Also in this segment, Lemieux offers advice to those trying to break into the industry. One must have a heart and just throw themselves into the business.
