Bennie Diggs, a manager and producer for Rev3 Productions, explains his reasons for entering the management business. He saw that good management was missing from the industry. Thus, Diggs talks about how he started managing both producers and artists. Diggs discusses the scheduling problems he ran into as well. The duties of a producer are covered too. A producer makes decisions such as who's going to be on the record and the engineer who will be in the studio. Also in this segment, Diggs talks about why he listens to everything sent to him. He doesn't want to miss his opportunity to take someone to stardom. Additionally, he understands that artists put time into creating packages.
